StageOffer is a live-music booking product for venues and artists, starting in Senoia and the Atlanta metro. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to reach us. The public site is https://stageoffer.com.
Account and email
When you create an account we store the email you sign in with, the display name and role you choose (artist or venue), and the profile details you add — venue or act copy, photos, tags, pay range, and similar catalog fields. Sign-in is passwordless: we email a one-time link or code to that inbox. Optional Google or Apple sign-in (when enabled) is handled by our auth provider and returns you to StageOffer; we do not receive your Google password.
We use that email to send booking notices, offer and interest alerts, calendar reminders, and account mail. Production mail comes from hello@stageoffer.com.
Bookings and messages
Offers, requests, fees, confirmations, and the thread attached to a booking are stored so both sides can negotiate and lock a night. Messages are visible to the artist, the venue staff on that booking, and StageOffer staff when they need to support an account. We do not sell message contents or use them for advertising.
Google Calendar
Connecting Google Calendar in Settings is optional. If you connect, StageOffer asks Google for two limited scopes only:
calendar.events— create, update, or delete the StageOffer event for a confirmed night on the calendar you pick. Cancelled bookings remove that event.calendar.calendarlist.readonly— list the calendars on your account so you can choose which one receives confirmed nights (default is your primary calendar).
Access and refresh tokens stay on the server. They are used only to sync those confirmed-night events. We do not read your other calendar events, send mail from your Google account, or use Calendar data to advertise. You can disconnect in Settings, which clears the tokens. You can always download an ICS from a confirmed booking without connecting Google.
Soft-launch access
While the Senoia / Atlanta board is invite-only, most pages ask for a site password. After a correct password we set an httpOnly cookie so your browser can stay in. That cookie is not an account and is not used for advertising. This Privacy policy page is public on purpose so anyone — including Google’s OAuth review crawler — can read it without the site password.
Photos, audio, and public pages
Photos and tracks you upload can appear on public artist or venue pages after the board is open. Do not upload material you do not have rights to share.
Processors
We use Supabase for auth and data, Resend to send email, Vercel to host the site, and Google only when you connect Calendar (or optional Google sign-in). We do not sell personal information.
Retention and your choices
We keep account, booking, and message records while your account is active and as needed to run the board. Disconnect Google Calendar anytime in Settings. To correct or delete your account, or to ask what we store, email hello@stageoffer.com.

The homepage at stageoffer.com may still ask for the soft-launch password. This policy URL does not.
